Roman Pro-977 Ultra Prime: The Ultimate Acrylic Wallpaper Primer
Roman Pro-977 Ultra Prime is a premium, pigmented acrylic primer that can be used on most wall surfaces. Ideal for priming new bare drywall and sound painted walls, PRO-977 dries white with a matte finish. It improves slip for easier pattern matching and increases strip-ability for easier removal when it’s time to redecorate.

Recommended Uses:
- Excellent for priming over bare drywall and sound painted surfaces
- Great for double-cutting applications – will not lift
- New, bare drywall, cured plaster, existing water-based primers, or
filling compounds
Not Recommended For:
- Sealed or glossy surfaces.
- Not recommended for direct application over oil-based primers or paints
Coverage:
- Covers approximately 400 – 450 square feet per gallon, depending on the porosity of the surface.
Dry Time:
- Minimum dry time is 3 hours.
- Optimum dry time is 12 hours. Low temperature, high humidity and poor ventilation will slow down the drying process.
