Returns & Exchanges

We strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase made through our retail platform. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or the printed RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a credit will be issued to your original American Express card or payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
